These are the standard terms on which Fyndera Studio Ltd accepts and delivers cleaning bookings. They apply to every visit unless we have signed a bespoke service agreement with you.
"Studio", "we" or "us" refers to Fyndera Studio Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14728361. "Client" or "you" refers to the natural person or legal entity who has accepted a quote and booked a visit. "Visit" refers to a single cleaning round delivered by an assigned crew at the address agreed in the booking.
Every booking begins with a written quotation issued by email. Quotations are valid for fourteen days from issue. The price stated in the quotation is fixed for the agreed scope and is not adjusted on the day of the visit. If on arrival the crew finds the actual condition of the property to be materially different from the brief, work begins only after a revised written quote is approved by the client by email or text.
Visit dates and time windows are agreed in writing at the time of booking. The client undertakes to provide safe and lawful access to the premises within the agreed window. If access is refused or delayed by more than thirty minutes the visit may be treated as a missed booking and a fee equal to fifty per cent of the visit price may be charged.
Where keys or door codes are entrusted to the studio, they are stored in our locked key cabinet at the studio address, indexed under a non-identifying code, and only released to the assigned crew lead. The client may request the return of keys at any time by writing to the studio coordinator.
Our attendants arrive in studio uniform with photographic identification. They will not consume food or drink not offered by the client, will not use household equipment outside the agreed scope, will not move or unpack the client's personal belongings beyond what is necessary to clean the surface beneath, and will not photograph the property except to evidence completed work or a notable incident.
The client undertakes to inform the studio in advance of pets, sensitive houseplants or unaccompanied minors at the property. We do not knowingly carry out cleaning work in rooms occupied by an unsupervised minor under the age of fourteen.
The studio supplies its own cleaning products and equipment. Where the client supplies preferred products, we follow their printed instructions and decline any product that lacks a visible ingredient list or that we judge unsafe for the surface in question. The studio may refuse to use ammonia, chlorine bleach or hydrofluoric acid even where requested.
The studio holds public liability insurance to a limit of £10,000,000 per claim, underwritten by Hiscox UK. Claims for accidental damage must be raised in writing within forty-eight hours of the visit and must be supported by photographs of the affected item before the location is altered. We do not accept liability for items of cash, jewellery, watches, original artwork or rare documents left in the open at the property — please secure such items before the visit.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the agreed time window are accepted at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of fifty per cent of the visit price. Cancellations after the crew has arrived at the property are charged in full. Refund procedure is detailed in our return and refund policy.
One-off visits are invoiced on the day of the visit and payable within seven calendar days. Recurring rounds are invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within fourteen calendar days. We accept bank transfer (preferred) and card payment via Stripe.
Either party may terminate a recurring booking arrangement by giving fourteen days' written notice. Outstanding visits within that period are completed and invoiced as normal.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
