First a hidden-spot fibre test with the lightest cleanser the piece will tolerate. Then a slow vacuum pass with a dedicated upholstery head — to lift airborne fibres and grit before any moisture meets the fabric. Finally a low-moisture hot-water extraction with a fragrance-light solution, or a dry-compound for wool and silk.
Hand-knotted rugs, antique upholstery and silk pieces are collected, hand-cleaned at our workshop and returned within fourteen days. Insured both ways. Old-stain assessment included.
