Out-of-hours rounds for studios, agencies and small offices up to fifty desks. Discreet, badge-checked attendants, single monthly invoice with line items.

Post-renovation

The deep, fine-dust pass after builders leave. Two-stage method: heavy debris first, then a return polish three days later when settled dust appears.

Internal panes, sashes, sills and frames — plus reach poles for ground floor exteriors. Streak-free guarantee or we return within seven days.

Sofas, headboards, dining chairs and rugs. Fibre-test first, low-moisture extraction, dry to the touch by the next morning. Wool and silk handled separately.

Inside-of-fridge, oven, wardrobe re-fold, balcony rinse, linen change, silver polish. Any line item from the studio menu can be added on top of any visit.
