Common questions

Before you book.

How quickly can Fyndera arrive for a first clean?
For a standard residential booking we usually attend within 48 to 72 hours. Same-day visits inside zones 1 and 2 are possible when a slot is open — call the studio directly.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Our crews arrive with HEPA-filtered vacuums, microfiber kits and a curated set of plant-derived cleansers. We avoid harsh chlorides and ammonias unless a client specifically requests them.
What rooms or surfaces are not covered?
We do not climb above three metres without scaffold, do not handle biohazard cleanups, and decline to clean private gun safes, controlled medication cabinets and unattended children's rooms.
Can the same crew be assigned for repeat visits?
Absolutely — most weekly and biweekly clients keep the same lead and pair. Holiday cover is rotated with crew members who have already met the property.
Are pets and houseplants safe during a visit?
Yes. Our default cleansers are non-toxic to most household animals once dry. Tell us about exotic pets or sensitive plants in advance and we will tailor the kit accordingly.
Do you work with letting agents and property managers?
We hold standing arrangements with several Mayfair and Marylebone agents for end-of-tenancy turnover. Invoiced monthly with a single point of contact at the studio.
