The pass after builders finish, then a return three days later when the settled fine dust appears on every surface again. Without the second pass, the first one is half a job.

Stage one

Heavy debris pass.

Within 24 hours of handover. Plaster dust, paint splatter, builder's tape residue, packaging fragments. We bring HEPA-filtered vacuums, wide-mouth bags, and a separate set of microfiber for plaster work — never reused on a residential round.

Stage two

Return polish.

Three working days later. Skirtings, cornices, light fittings, the inside of new cabinetry, window mullions, radiator backs. The dust that nobody saw on day one. This is when the project actually feels finished.

Trades insurance check

We confirm liability cover with your project manager before stage one begins.

Floor protection

We bring corner protectors and runners if your finishing trades have already left the site.

Snag photo set

Anything we notice that needs the builders back gets photographed and sent to your project manager.

Trade rate

Architects, interior designers and main contractors get a standing 10% rate on stage-two visits.
