What a residential round covers.

A standard one-bedroom flat takes our pair around two and a half hours. Larger homes are quoted by walk-through call. Every visit follows the studio's printed checklist — your lead can adjust the order to suit the household.

  • Bedrooms
    Beds re-dressed with your linen, surfaces dusted top to bottom, vacuum under and around frames.
  • Kitchens
    Worktops cleared and reset, sinks scaled and polished, splashbacks restored, bins lined fresh.
  • Bathrooms
    Limescale lifted from glass, taps polished, grout brushed, mirrors finished streak-free.
  • Living areas
    Cushions plumped and squared, surfaces dusted, hard floors mopped, soft floors vacuumed.
  • Hallways and stairs
    Skirtings wiped, banister polished, runners and treads vacuumed line by line.

The most common booking — a quiet reset every seven days, ideal for households with children, pets or busy schedules.

For couples and single occupants who prefer a deeper visit every two weeks. We add a rolling detail focus each time.

For seasonal refreshes, before-guest visits, end-of-tenancy turnover or anything in-between. No subscription required.
