Privacy policy.

Last updated 14 March 2026. This document explains what personal data Fyndera Studio Ltd processes about you and on what legal basis.

Fyndera Studio Ltd ("Fyndera", "we", "our") is registered in England and Wales under company number 14728361 with its registered office at 27 Old Burlington Street, Mayfair, London W1S 3AN. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website, by phone or in the course of providing our cleaning services.

1. What personal data we collect

We only collect the personal data that is necessary to plan, deliver and bill the cleaning services you ask us for. In practice this means:

2. How we use your personal data

We rely on three legal bases under Article 6 of UK GDPR. Most processing rests on (a) the performance of the cleaning agreement we hold with you, (b) our legitimate interests in running the studio safely and efficiently, or (c) compliance with a legal obligation such as accounting record retention.

Specifically, we use your personal data to: prepare written quotes; schedule and route the assigned crew to your address; communicate visit confirmations and finish notes; raise invoices and reconcile payments; respond to enquiries; investigate any incident reported to us; and meet HMRC and Companies House obligations.

3. Marketing and the choice you have

We do not sell client lists and we do not run third-party advertising remarketing. We may, no more than four times a year, send a short studio note by email to existing clients about new service lines or seasonal availability. You can opt out at any time by replying with the word "unsubscribe" or by emailing [email protected].

4. Sharing your personal data

Your personal data is shared only with the parties that need it to deliver the cleaning services you have asked for. These include:

We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or the EEA for our own marketing or analytics.

5. How long we keep it

We hold client account data for the duration of the relationship and for six years after the final invoice, in line with the Companies Act 2006. Quotes and enquiries that did not become bookings are deleted after twenty-four months. Crew rota records are retained for two years.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Data request". We respond within thirty calendar days. If you remain unsatisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Children

Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under sixteen. If you believe we have collected such data in error, please contact the studio so we can remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy we will publish the revised text on this page and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after the date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
