The standard nightly pass.

Workstations wiped down (kit + screens left untouched unless requested), kitchens deep reset, bathrooms detail-passed, meeting rooms re-set with chairs squared. Bins emptied to a single labelled stream that matches your building rules.

Reception — surfaces polished, glass detailed, magazines fanned, plants checked.
Meeting rooms — table re-cleared, chairs squared, marker boards restored.
Open desks — wiped without disturbing personal kit, monitor screens optional.
Kitchen and breakout — fridges scanned for expired items, dishwasher cycled, surfaces reset.
Bathrooms — daily detail-pass, consumables refilled from your stock or ours by arrangement.

Out-of-hours by default

Rounds run pre-opening or post-close so the workspace is never disrupted.

Two-attendant pairs

Always at least two attendants on site for safety and accountability.

Building badge ready

We onboard with your building's security desk and follow their access rules.

Monthly invoice

One PDF a month, line items by visit, P/O references on request.
