Why we started
Cleaning, slower.
Most London cleaning agencies optimise for volume — a different attendant each week, an aggressive product list, a checklist read in a rush. We thought a smaller studio could trade volume for care, and we built Fyndera around that bet. It is now in its sixth year, with the same founders still inspecting work in person.
We are not the cheapest studio in London. We do not undercut on price and we do not rotate attendants between clients to fit the rota. We take fewer households, train carefully, and stay with them for years.
